He is survived by: his parents, Elton Libby and Ideiz Libby (Condon); his children, Donna (Doug Bachelor), Rebecca (Donald Cole), Miles Libby (Dana), Judy Russell, Gretchen (Allen Smith), Marion (Pete Johnson) and Adam Libby (Penny Corbin); and his sister Glayds Cain. He is also survived by many grandchildren, many great grandchildren, several great great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
