She is survived by: her brother-in-law Everett Chamberlin; her father-in-law Lee Chamberlin; her uncle Wendall; her daughter Katrina Fogell; her son-in-law Phillip DuBois of Buckeye Arizona; her daughter Tammy; her husband Phillip; and her adoptive son Jamie. She is also survived by Her family also extends to 12 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
