He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gilman Cyr and Lillian Cyr (Belanger); his wife Laura Porter of Houlton; his daughters, Kimberly Stokdijk (Timothy) and Holly Cain (Zachary) of Tampa, FL.; his grandchildren, Nicholas, David, Andrew, Lillianna Stokdijk of Beaver Brook and Eli Cain of Tampa, FL.; his siblings, Donat (Debbie Cyr) and Deana (Leon Maranda); his brother-in-law Marcel Nadeau; and his godson Michael Ouellette.
