He was predeceased by: his parents, Lauris Lougee and Marion Lougee (Davidson); his brothers, Lewellyn, Raymond and George Lougee; and his half-sister Lorraine Violette.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Lougee (Gibson); his children, Mark D. Lougee (Natasha) of Casco and Elizabeth L. Greely of South Portland; his grandchildren, James, Daniel, Joseph, Cameron and Zachary; and his brother David Lougee of Titusville, Florida.. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren, 4 nephews and 3 nieces.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Presque Isle Elks Christmas Dinner or the Presque Isle High School Athletic Department.
