He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernadette Belanger Yaruscwcz (Collins) and Louis Belanger; and his brothers, Herman Belanger and Eugene Belanger. He is survived by: his sons, Wayne and Brian; his sisters, Martine (Kenneth Sargent), Bernette Belanger, Bernice (late Paul Tillotta), Louise (Bufford Thompson), Gail Belanger and Sandra (Terry Gaughan); his close friend Bill Flynn; and also Elsie Belanger.
