He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Lincoln Weeks, Jr. and Grace Murphy Weeks; his wife Irma Batchelder Weeks; his siblings-in-law, George H. and Hazel Baldwin Batchelder; and his siblings, Rodney Weeks (Frances), Francis Weeks (Ruth) and Barbara Weeks Machcinski (Victor).
He is survived by: his children, Debra E. Wright (Bryan), Diane W. Green (Richard) and David B. Weeks (Deborah); and his grandchildren, Melissa A. Smith (James), Emerson M. Wright, Daren J. Green (Denise), Meaghan L. Ellis (Perrin), Nathanial D. Weeks (Andrea) and Nicholas B. Weeks (Jessica). He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
