She was predeceased by: her parents, George Turner and Christina Turner (MacKinnon); her siblings, Beatrice Moore (Wendell) and George Turner (Charlene); and her granddaughter Rebekah McLaughlin.
She is survived by: her husband Edwin W. McLaughlin Jr. (Butch); her siblings, John Turner (Donna) and Ruth Pifalo (Paul) of Stoneham, MA; and her children, Edwin (Sharon) of Lehigh Acres, FL, George (Bonnee), Daniel (Lisa), Barbara (Joe McDonald), Timothy (Sabrina), Jonathan of Memphis, TN and Andrew (Sherry).
It was Barbara's request that in lieu of flowers, donations be sent in support of these meaningful organizations that were close to her heart: Berkshire Institute for Christian Studies PO Box 1888 Lenox, MA 01240 and The Aroostook House of Comfort 18 Green Hill Dr. Presque Isle, ME 04769.
