She was predeceased by: her parents, Cesare Vanni and Lina D'Alessandro. She is survived by: her husband Robert W. Ayer; her brother Albert Vanni; her children, Jessie (Ray Parker), John (Christine Ayer), Janet (Dan McKenney) and Jane (Peter Melanson); and her sister Jessie Laspina. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren as well as her nieces and nephews.
