Theresa Peverada Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 1, 2024, at the age of 97, Theresa Peverada of Portland, Maine passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Labelle and Mildred Labelle (Woods); her husband Philip Peverada; her sister Helen Stone; and her son-in-law Walter Rumery.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Peverada Rumery, Philip (Sue) and Mary; her grandchildren, Michael (Geeta) of Maryland, Christopher of New Mexico, Molly Headford (Mikel) of Minnesota and Katherine of Maine; her great grandchildren, Philip J. Peverada and Lando Headford; and her pets, Maddie, Augie and Julia. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church (72 Federal St, Portland, ME 04101). A burial was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Calvary Cemetery (1461 Broadway, South Portland, ME 04106).
