He was predeceased by: his wife Julia Churchill Tiffany (Jill). He is survived by: his sons, Sean Tiffany of Boulder, CO and Josh Tiffany of Gray, ME; his daughters-in-law, Monika (Sean) and Heather (Josh); and his grandson James Robert (Sean).
