He is survived by: his wife Jane A. Baker (Sargent) of Portland, Maine; his sons, Richard E. Baker, Jr. (Elizabeth) of Charlotte and Robert E. Baker of Portland, Maine; his granddaughters, Sarah J. Baker and Heather R. Baker; his great grandchild Gwenevere R. Ruane; and his siblings, George Robert (Sandy) of Michigan, John C. Baker (Jean) of Westbrook, Arthur W. Baker of Florida and Margaret A. Allen (Percy) of Nevada. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the A. T. Hutchins Funeral and Cremation Services (660 Brighton Ave, Portland, ME 04102). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
