He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Shea and Ralph C. Bailey, Sr.; and his sister Lorita Hafley. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Bailey; his children, Mindy Syphers (Eric), Meghan Dudley, Michael Bailey (Ellee) and Brandon Bailey (Michaela); and his grandchildren, Lauren Sawyer (Morgan), Madison Syphers and Grady Dudley.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the A. T. Hutchins Funeral and Cremation Services (660 Brighton Ave, Portland, ME 04102).
