It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Herman (Portland, Maine), born in New York, New York, who passed away on January 30, 2024, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Evelyn Lubash White (Eva); and her husband Terence O'Mara (Terry). She is survived by: her children, Patricia Watson (Christopher) and Sam Messer (Eleanor Gaver); her grandchildren, Rebecca Asen (Taylor Asen), John Watson (Madeline Watson) and Josephine Messer; and her great grandchildren, Davida Asen, Vivienne Asen, Leon Asen and Wesley Watson. She is also survived by his children and grandchildren's extended family.
