He was predeceased by: his father Reginald Deschaine; his wife Carol Deschaine (Poulin); and his brothers, Ghislain and Marcel Deschaine. He is survived by: his mother Anne Deschaine (Fournier); his daughters, Renee and Andrea Deschaine; and his siblings, Doris-Mai Caldwell, Rejeanne Martin and Lionel Deschaine. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
