She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Regan and Alice Regan (Ward). She is survived by: her husband David Foster; her children, Kate (Stephen Barnabe) of West Greenwich, RI, Meg Jenkins (James Schuerch) of Vestal, NY and Daniel Jenkins (Shelly Gibson) of Portland; her stepson Douglas Foster of Taiwan; her grandson Cooper Barnabe; and her siblings, Suzanne Regan (Beryl Bellman), Arleen "Cookie" Wescott (Fred Gorell) and Charles (Debbie Regan). She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
