He was predeceased by: his father F. Wayne Libby; and his grandparents, Fred, Edythe Libby, Perley and Helen Loomis.
He is survived by: his mother Helene Libby (Loomis); his brother Jason Libby (Alicia); and his friend Ed Cutting. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; cousins.
The military honors will be held on Sunday, June 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Pine Grove Cemetery.
