He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Tales Phanor and Lucienne Phanor (Deshomme) of Haiti; and his sister Madeline Phanor of Haiti. He is survived by: his daughter Ann; his wife Ann Marie Phanor (Sylvester) of Portland; his sons, Valentino Graham, Nicholas Graham (Stephanie) of Portland and Evans Phanor of Haiti; his siblings, Emmanuel Phanor (Huguette), Huguette Phanor of Haiti and Naomi Phanor of Haiti; his brothers-in-law, Kenneth Sylvester III of Portland and Michael Sylvester (Diane) of Portland; and his grandchildren, Isabella Graham of Westbrook and Mason Graham of Portland. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
