He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert W. Devoe and Dorothy L. Harris Devoe; his siblings, Garth and Caroline (Betty); his children, Matthew and Stephanie; and his grandson Christopher.
He is survived by: his children, Gary Jr. (Heidi) of Gorham, William (Janet) of Cumberland, Albert of Heilbronn and Stacey Hagerman; and his sisters, Joyce Larby of Puyallup Washington and Gloria Pettingill (Richard) of Cumberland. He is also survived by five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
