With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Christine Graves Riley in Portland, Maine, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 4, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Joseph Edward Riley; her daughters, Mary Wilkes and Rebecca Riley (David Carden); her grandchildren, Christine Wilkes Kennedy (Jason), Dylan Carden (Elizabeth) and Meredith (Micah); her great grandchildren, Viola, Jude and Diana; and her parents, Ike (Ruth Graves) and Bob (Sid).
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Bedford Presbyterian Church (105 W Main St, Bedford, VA 24523).
Any donations can be made in her memory to the Society of St. Andrew or Historic Avenel.
