As Chhin departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Chhin may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Chhin leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his daughter Khatna Meas. He is survived by: his wife Saing Khov; and his children, Eddie Meas of Massachusetts, Chinda Meas of Virginia, Sokha Meas of Gorham, Sokhan Meas of Portland, Jimmy Meas of Portland, Sokkhann Cole of Jay and Sandra Valle of Sanford. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
