He is survived by: his parents, Kathy Baltz (Jack) of Intervale and Bob Welch (Peg) of North Conway; his sister Brie Welch of Glen, NH; his friends, Chris Harmon of Cornish Maine and Toby Veno of Fryeburg, Maine.; and his aunts and uncles, Jackie Smith Best (Bob) of San Diego, CA, Bette McGilvray (Steve Josselyn) of Marco Island, Cindy Welch of Stoughton, MA, Margie Galleher (John) of Bethesda, MD, Patty McCarty (Chris) of Plymouth, MA, Bob McGilvray (Marie) of Hull, Jay McGilvray (Carol) of Kingston, MA and Richard McGilvray (Patti) of Lackawana, NY.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to the Eastern Slope Ski Club.
