He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert McCubrey and Charlotte McCubrey; his wife Sandra McCubrey; and his siblings, Richard, Donald, George, Phillip, Robert and Barbara Warberg.
He is survived by: his children, Kristy McCubrey of Porter and David McCubrey Jr. (Diane) of Cornish; and his grandsons, Cody McCubrey of Porter and Brandon McCubrey (Taylor). He is also survived by his kids, grandchildren and close friends.
