He was predeceased by: his parents, Emile Labbe and Claudia Labbe Sr. (Belanger); his wife Janice Labbe (Moro); and his brothers, Norman Labbe and Bert Labbe.
He is survived by: his daughter Ann Belanger (Michael Rafford); his son-in-law Marc of Hartford; his son William J. Labbe Jr. (Rhonda) of Ashland; and his siblings, Emile Labbe Jr. of Connecticut, Phillip Labbe of Connecticut, Adrian Labbe of North Carolina, Mary Levesque of Connecticut, Marilyn McGrath of Connecticut, Betty Theriault of Florida and Diane Marquis of Maine. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, and seventeen great-grandchildren.
