He is survived by: his parents, Justice Barton and Dixie Satterfield Barton; his wife Tammy Roberts Barton; his children, Molly and Abby; and his sister Teresa. He is also survived by four sisters-in-law; two brothers-in-law; many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
