She was predeceased by: her parents, Madolin Richards Spear and Willis Spear Sr.; her husband Shannon L. Cushman Sr.; her children, Shannon Jr., Willis (Ritchie) and Priscilla; her grandchildren, John Crane, Robert Patterson and Melinda Cushman; and her brothers, Willis and John Spear.
She is survived by: her daughters, Arlene Crane (Ray), Deborah Condon (Bill), Janice Pease (Rudy) and Belinda Chase (Alvin); her sister Louise Reynolds; her sister-in-law Gail Spear; and her daughter-in-law Linda. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, and 26 great great grandchildren.
