He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Hope L. Brown; his parents, Charles Brown and Alberta Brown; his sisters, Lillian, Lucy and Helena; his daughter Lauretta; his grandchildren, Corbette, Matthew, Lisette and Nicolette; his daughter Laury (Kevin); his grandchildren, Cameron (Joanna), Aimee Williams (Nate) and Aaron (Laura); his daughter Corby Savage (Kern); his grandchildren, Derrick, Sarah, Wesley, Jessica, Zechariah, Jennifer, Johanna Poplaski (Stephen), Olivia, Nate Leeman, Scott and Autumn; his son Matt (Connie); his grandchildren, Meg (Kevin Ernst) and Ivan (Mariel); his children, Lisa Lewis (Jeff), Doug Grant (Jessica), Adam Grant (Ellen), Joe Grant (Tarryn) and Nicolette Brown (Zach Davis); his grandson Alan Quint; and his niece Lorraine Hupper.
Attendees are advised to dress appropriate to address the current COVID-19 guidelines for the outdoor venues and to be prepared for the Maine State Bird – mosquitoes.
In lieu of flowers, suggested donations could be made to the Empire Grove Camp Association, Mechuwana Methodist Camp, the United Economic Ministry in Salem, or any other ministries that Walter was involved in throughout his service to the Lord.
