He is survived by: his parents, Stanley Rowe and Sharon McAllister (Tufts); his wife Cindy Holt of Poland; his children, Brandi Rowe (Stacey) of Poland and Randal Rowe (Cindy) of Washburn; his siblings, Carmen, Craig, Paul, Kevin and Wesley; his grandchildren, Shawn Michaud, Linda Michaud, Jordan Bowker, Amber Rowe, Taylor Pingree and Roger Rowe; his great grandchildren, Ivori Wilson and Oliviyiah Wilson; and his mother-in-law Betty. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
