He was predeceased by: his parents, Diana Penney and Russell Penney; and his niece Anne Penney. He is survived by: his child Tori Penney; his child-in-law Britt Couturier of Brunswick; his son John Penney of Leeds; the mother of his children Barbara Hutton of Leeds; his brother Scott Penney (Pauline); and his children, Mechanic Falls, Pamela Penney of Poland and Edward Penney (Linda Penney) of Poland. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
