It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Irene Clara Samson of Poland, Maine, who passed away on March 12, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Donat Lemieux and Idella Lemieux; her grandmother Clara LeClair; her sister Jeannette Nadeau; and her nephew Robert Nadeau.

She is survived by: her children, Gregory Samson (Corina Samson), Kevin Samson (Elizabeth Samson) and Cheryl Samson-Plourd (William Plourd); her grandsons, Zachary Samson, Benjamin Samson and Dylan Samson-McKenna; and her son-in-law Maurice McKenna.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Irene's name may be made to the Greater Androscoggin Humane Society in Lewiston.
