He was predeceased by: his parents, Mabel and Arthur; his sister Pauline; and his brother-in-law Richard Slocum. He is survived by: his children, Donna Gamache, Warren McGlauflin (Sara) and Susan Simpson (David); his grandchildren, Raymond Gamache Jr. (Ariel Ngov), Andrea Gamache, Hunter McGlauflin, Annie McGlauflin, Maggie McGlauflin, Konnor Simpson and Abbie Simpson; and his siblings, Hollis (Rosemary), Christine Slocum and Ronald (Roxanna).
