He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Bixby and Barbara Bixby; and his sons, Todd Edwards and James Bixby. He is survived by: his son Charles F. Bixby Jr.; his grandson Connor Bixby; his siblings, Leroy Bixby (Christine), Donald Bixby (Suzanne), Gail Bixby and Dorothy Bailey (Joe); his daughter-in-law Amanda Bixby; and his nieces and nephews, Tim, Doug, Renee, Angel, Syliva, Greg and Connie. He is also survived by 5 children.
