He was predeceased by: his parents, Dwayne Mayo and Gale Mayo (Lewis). He is survived by: his daughters, Kori Lynn Mayo (Duncan Sawyer) and Lacy Lynn Mayo; his grandchildren, Zoey Faye Long and Ryleigh Mae Grass; the mother of his children Kimberly Mayo; his sisters, Lori Mayo and Kelly Mayo; and his cousin Grace Cram (Claude).
