J.; his children, Richard Bubar (Holly O'Reilly) of Hartland, Josh Smith of Greenbush, Rachael Boyd (Eddie Carmichael Jr) of Hartland and Elizabeth Martin (Arlo McDougal) of Corinna; his grandchildren, Nicole Bubar, Madison Bubar, Caleb McDougal and Kyle Bubar; his siblings, John Curtis Jr., Peter Curtis (Ramona), Dianne Roy (Frank), Sue Armstrong (Charles), Laurie Bryson, Kathy Hood (Ned), Chuck Curtis (Laurie) and Bonnie Brown; his half-siblings, Pat Bush (Cheryl) and Barbara St. Jean (Paul); and his close friend Richard Winchester.
