He is survived by: his wife Jackie Rowell; his children, Shawn Houston (Mary) of Pittsfield, Mervin Rowell Jr. (Tina) of Waldoboro and Rochelle Mosher of Milford, MA; his grandchildren, Briannah Gomes (Danny), Courtney Cochran (Matt), Whitney Houston (CJ Breidt), Mindy Chalker (Michael) and Ben Mosher (Sierra Smedburg); his great grandchildren, Quinn, Mia and Eleanor; his siblings, Janet Nadeau (Jim Towne), Earnie Rowell (Jean), Laurie, Janice, Jesse, Jesford, James, Justin and Jesup; his close friends, Russell Huff, Cammie Bickford, Larry, Mary Whittemore and Keith Wells; and his son-in-law Mark Mosher. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
