He is survived by: his parent Rita Fagan; his daughter Joyce (Dennis); his grandchildren, Alexandra, Jacob and Ryan Ackroyd; his sister-in-law Barbara Mitchell; his nieces and nephews, Christina, Danielle, Kevin and Albert; his friend Susan Whalen Rose; and his brother Tommy.
