He is survived by: his wife Patricia Johnson of Ellsworth; his children, Cheryl King (Douglas Smith) of Hermon and Brandon Johnson of Ellsworth; his grandchildren, Tyler, Dylan and Gwendolyn; his siblings, Connie Hettinga (Keith) of New Mexico and Jay Johnson of Maine; and his pet Ruby.
