It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Janice E. McGowan (Pittsfield, Maine), born in Burnham, Maine, who passed away on January 3, 2019, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hillis Dunphy and Josephine Dunphy (Reed); and her brothers, Richard Dunphy, Linwood "Red" Dunphy, John Dunphy and Reed Dunphy.
She is survived by: her husband Robert McGowan of Pittsfield; her daughters, Susan Huffer (Alan) of Detroit and Rhonda Kennedy (Martin Harris) of Oakland; her grandchildren, Ashley Kennedy (Adam Aranda) of Palmdale, CA, Kristi of Bree, Megan Huffer (Sam Roberts) of Sangerville and Shane Huffer of Portland; and her great grandchildren, Audrey, Amelie Aranda, Marlowe and Ira Roberts. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
