He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Parks and Blanche Parks (Delaite); his children, Ruel, Lisa Neal and Rosanne; and his siblings, Arnold, Barbara and Angie.
He is survived by: his wife Anita Parks of Hartland; and his daughters, Selena Bell (Rusty) of Benton, Cheryl Kennedy of Plymouth and Kim Parks of Pittsfield, NH. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
