It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward C. Nichols (Pittsfield, Maine), born in Saint Albans, Maine, who passed away on April 14, 2018, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Nichols and Josephine Nichols (Hinton); his wife Pauline; and his siblings, Gilbert Nichols, Ruth London and Alice Loring.
He is survived by: his daughters, Brenda Seekins (Steve) of Hartland, Joleen Booth (Robert) of Toano and Janet Quint of Pittsfield; his son-in-law Thomas Quint of Pittsfield; his grandchildren, Stephanie Floyd (Jon), Spencer Seekins (Cathy), Shelby Maloon, Ryan Craig (Kate), Addie Woodbury, Arlo Quint (Christa), Tyson Quint (Megan) and Amber Quint; and his brother Frank Nichols (Jeannie) of Hartland. He is also survived by her grandfather; 11 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren.
