She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Robert and Betty Day; and her pet Chumley. She is survived by: her husband Thomas Smart of Hartland; her daughter Sadye Day of Hartland; her granddaughter Rori Day; her parents, Deborah Day of Hartland and Robert Hastey (Rita) of Newport; her sisters, Michele Hastey, Amy Hastey and Jana Hastey; and her pets, Apollo, Beacon, Romeo and Tonker. She is also survived by her extended family members; two nieces.
