He was predeceased by: his brother Robert Parmenter III; and his grandfather Walter Noyes. He is survived by: his parent Melody Godfrey (Webber); his stepfather Wayne "Gunny" Godfrey of Garland; his siblings, Emily Bartolotta (Michael) of South Carolina, Alex Webber (Madison Provost) and Jessica Parmenter of Massachusetts; his nieces, Elisabeth, Alyssa and Amelia; and his grandparents, Glenwood, Kathryn Webber of Garland and Violet Noyes of Abbot. He is also survived by many cousins, extended family members, and close friends.
