She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Mary Parmelee and Howard Parmelee; her husband John Artis Peacock; her children, Marcia Owen Clark of Phippsburg, Craig Owen of Ellicott City and Carolyn Pickering of Defiance; and her former husband Dr. Lawrence B. Qwen. She was also cherished by seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
