Halpin (Phippsburg, Maine), born in Plymouth, New Hampshire, who passed away on July 26, 2018, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph D. Halpin, Sr. and Phyllis (Thompson); and his brother Joseph D. Halpin, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his children, Erick (Anne Schlitt) of Phippsburg and Holli Owen (Erich) of Telluride; his brother Will; and his sisters-in-law, Joanne of Milbridge, Patti Freeman (Doug) and Heidi Leveillee (Dan).
