He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Donald W. Freeman and Dorothy Freeman (Bussell); his wife Madelyn Freeman of Phippsburg; his sons, Ernie Freeman (Margaret) of Phippsburg, Herb Freeman (Nora) of Bath and Stephen Freeman (Debra) of Phippsburg; and his grandchildren, Joe Freeman, Ben Freeman, Derek Freeman and Stephenie Freeman. He was also cherished by six great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
