He was predeceased by: his parents, James G. Ross and Margaret A. Ross (Ryder); his former wife Joanne Leavitt; and his daughter Valerie Ann. He is survived by: his children, Stephen Robert (Laura), Fred Carroll and Vicki Elwell (David); and his sister Nancy Porter. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; a niece and nephews.
