He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Morgan and E. Theresa Morgan (Harwick); and his siblings, Charles E. Morgan, Jr. of Venice, Carol T. Morgan of West Hempstead and Gail Annette Morgan of Venice, Florida..
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Gould of Bangor. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
