It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Benjamin F. Mitchell Jr. (Phillips, Maine), who passed away on February 16, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Benjamin F. Mitchell Sr. and Harriet Howard Mitchell; his wife Ruth Newell; his brother Herbert; and his children, Brenda Mitchell of Phillips, Brian Mitchell (Mitzi Dupee) of Elizabethville, PA, Caroline Mitchell of Raynham, Mass., Colleen (William Sylvester) of Phillips and Craig Mitchell (Sandra) of Phillips. He was also cherished by 10 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild.
