He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph LeBlanc, and Arlene LeBlanc, Sr. (White); his children, Jessica Stiles (Matt), Wil Shurtleff of Dixfield, Joseph LeBlanc of Dixfield, Jerry Kaulback (Lori), Spencer Kaulback of Rumford and Kevin Kaulback (Leah) of Rumford; his siblings, Kevin LeBlanc, Sr. (Beth) of Missouri and Linda Haley (John) of North Port, FL; his daughter Kelly O'Halloran; and his brother Dewar (Pepere). He was also cherished by 17 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
