He is survived by: his wife Janet of Peru; his daughter Deidra Harvey (David) of Peru; his siblings, Grace Packard of Peru, Felicia Biggs (Kevin) of Oregon, Peggy Masalsky (Steve) of Mexico, Clinton Magoon (Linda) of Lewiston and Richard Magoon of New York; his grandchildren, Megan Dyke (Paul Robbins) of Portland, Courtney Dyke (Sawyer Leonard) of Rumford, Nicholas Dyke of Peru, Dimitri Harvey of Peru and Nevaeh Harvey of Texas; and his great grandchildren, Owen Sturtevant, Bradley Leonard, Hayden Leonard and Piper Dyke. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
