He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Adams and Evelyn Adams (Bishop); and his siblings, Mary Ann Adams, Patricia Metcalf, Ethel Hughey and Wilford Adams.
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Adams; his children, Peter Adams (Betsey) of Norwich, CT and Priscilla Adams of Bridgeville, DE; his grandchildren, Christopher Adams and Lindsey Mariano (Kevin); and his great grandchildren, Emily and Lucas Mariano. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; numerous friends; and his extended family.
